STRIKE!
That's right... NYC MTA is on strike which means no subways and no buses. It's incredible how dependent this city is on public transportation. I'm grateful that I can work from home, but if this strike lasts much longer it's definitely going to hamper my holiday plans. Jen was brave this morning and fared the 20 degree weather by walking an hour to get the office, while I opted for pajamas and hot tea, working from the couch of my apartment. Chris P pow-wowed with me in the living room today, calling in for meetings on cell phones and stealing wireless service from the neighbors. If this keeps up, there is a serious possibility that I won't shower this week.
